This is from Ott’s inland vineyard perched on chalky hills with generous sunshine. One of Ott’s most famous top quality Rosés its reputation has been formed over many years as consistently being one of the very best Rosé wines. Hand picked and beautifully crafted it is known and enjoyed worldwide. Light and dry it makes a perfect aperitif or can be paired with food to great effect. Always in very short supply we are delighted to be able to offer this wine.
Tasting Notes
This is beautifully presented, delicately blended and quite light. Fulsome aromas of plants, flowers and fruits encourage you to try it. Perhaps more medium bodied rather than as light as some Rosés. There is an abundance of flavour which has an intensity that builds to a pleasant finish which lasts nicely in the mouth. Outstanding on its own prior to a meal and a good accompaniment to lighter dishes.
