This is a prestigious Rosé often served with food at the very best establishments in the South of France. Made from rigorously selected grapes from this sun soaked region it provides a superb tasting experience. Slightly floral when cold, it moves to a real expression of fruit if the glass is warmed momentarily in the hand. Long on the palate this is a classic taste of coastal Provence. Presented in the very impressive tall Provencal bottle.
A true Provencal wine with noticeable light fruit aromas. Fairly rounded and reasonably weighty this will complement barbequed and even very spicy food. This is a good wine to serve guests who are not already familiar with Rosés. The bottle shape is particular to the region and is seen on some of the best tables in the South of France.
