The full name of this wine is “Les Domainiers de Puits Mouret”. It is produced from old & mature vines planted on sloping ground and is made using traditional vinification methods and specifications belonging to the Ott family. It is expertly blended to be a delicious fruity fresh pale Rosé, typical of the Cotes de Provence Appellation using Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. It is inexpensive for a wine of this quality.
Tasting Notes
Dry. Brilliant, pale and crystalline, it is fruity fresh, accentuated with peach and apricot notes. You may detect hints of white blossom and spices. Good for drinking in the sun, it complements charcuterie, poultry, white meats, fish and oriental dishes.
