This Chateau is owned by Sacha Lichine a very well known figure in the world of wine. His clearly stated ambition is to make “The Best Rosé Wines in the World” and many wine critics highly appreciate these wines. Four Rosés are produced each with a distinctive character. Whispering Angel is a beautiful light Rosé. Harvested in the morning and temperature controlled throughout. As an indication of the care taken, the grapes are expertly manually sorted three times. Made in stainless steel vats without barrel fermentation the freshness, aromas and flavours are outstanding.
Tasting Notes
A great name for a wine as delicate as this. The aroma is light and elegant. A strikingly pale colour it is made without storage in wood and has a super fresh fruitiness to the taste. If not simply drinking it on its own, put it with lightly grilled steaks, salmon, other fish dishes and salads, including cheese. Fabulous with modern cuisine.
