A popular and great value Champagne this Brut Rosé has a light salmon pink colour with soft aromas, wild strawberry flavours and a refreshing dry finish. The red cross of St Andre on the label symbolises over a century of history and tradition. There are more than 6km of cellars underground. It is owned by Champagne House Laurent Perrier.
Tasting Notes
A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the nose has delicate aromas of gooseberry and strawberry. On the palate flavours of wild strawberries prevail (These are the rather small, but intensely flavoured ones you sometimes find in French markets) along with with delicate creamy notes. Excellent with trout or salmon, fruit deserts, ice creams and sorbets.
