Tasting Notes
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are expertly blended with emphasis on the Pinot to give subtle redcurrant and cherry fruit flavours, complemented by creamy citrus notes, imparted by the Chardonnay. It is flavoursome, with a soft refined mousse, but at the same time, light and delicate. Suitable for the very best of occasions where Champagne is served.
