This is a sparkling Rosé from a famous Prosecco producer, chic, and affordable, but maintaining an air of sophistication. Made by the Bisol family with centuries of experience, all the fruit comes from their own land (something which is extremely rare in the region). Their wines are very good quality. A delicate pale pink in colour presented in a great bottle. Winner of a gold medal at the 9th Edition of Mondial du Rosé, France.
Tasting Notes
A blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir in a Brut (dry) style. Lovely colour with fine and persistent bubbles. Elegant and complex nose with rose notes, hints of fresh fruit, citrus and lychees. Harmonious with a dry and long lasting finish. Soft, fruity and easy drinking. Can accompany Canapes and light foods.
