This is a small vineyard near the Cité de Carcassonne in the currently, very buzzy, Languedoc. Well located, it has been run by several generations of the Sentenac family. The wine is a very good Vin de Pays d'Oc and we are the first to offer it here. Cinsault based, well made, dry and fruity, it will bring back memories of summertime and relaxation at any time of the year. Goes well with grilled meats, salads and of course, tapas!
Tasting Notes
A great moderately full bodied wine with a super fruity aroma. A lovely colour and an equally good Rosé taste. You'll sense red fruits in this and may choose to drink it on its own in the garden or terrace. Good with food it will accompany a wide range. Very good with anything grilled, tapas and salads.
