A Scottish fruit wine very well worth trying! With nearly a pound weight of fresh and lovely Scottish Strawberries in every bottle, this makes for a pleasantly different, very fruit forward style. Established in 1987 in the abundant fruit growing area of Perthshire this family business makes a variety of very popular fruit based wines. Pretty, different, and enjoyable at all times. Good at weddings and other events, before or after the meal. Great value!
Tasting Notes
Think Strawberries! The excitingly different, golden with a hint of yellow straw, colour makes a strong first impression immediately followed by an alluring light fruity aroma. The first sip conveys full on strawberry fruit and is more medium than sweet, moving on to a somewhat sweeter taste and very satisfying finish. Drink this on its own or serve it with wonderfully extravagant deserts for a big impression.
