A top quality Rosé from the South of France near La Motte. You'll see this served at fine dining and gourmet events throughout the Cote d'Azur and for very good reason. It is a delicious wine, aged in wood for 10 months with individual temperature control of each barrel. "Les Clans" can do justice to fine cuisine and can fully complement and add to the experience. Despite being quite costly it is in great demand and we a lucky to be able to obtain small quantities of it. Our (very experienced) wine buyer is sometimes asked "Can a Rosé priced at over £40 be truly worth it?" He has a simple one word answer "Yes!"
A pale wine, but fully flavoured. An intense aroma and a lovely creamy mouthfeel with some flavours from the lovely Provencal Rolle grape coming through. Marvellous with food and most impressive.
