Minimum Order

Minimum order is one case of 6 bottles except for wines marked as sold in single bottle gift boxes in which case the minimum order is one.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charge.  This is £6.95 for any size of order to most UK addresses.   We are pleased to offer Free Shipping for orders over £350 to most UK addresses.

Additional Charges Where Applicable

There is an additional charge for outlying areas and this is calculated and shown prior to the payment stage.

Delivery Date

Orders are generally shipped on the following day.  Please allow 3-5 days for delivery to be on the safe side.  In rare situations where delivery is going to be any longer than this we will email you with the anticipated delivery date and will, of course, allow cancellation of the order and provide a full refund should this not be suitable.

Carrier & Tracking

Our carrier is APC Overnight (www.apc-overnight.com).  They have a good order tracking facility through their website.  As soon as your order is shipped, we send an email  "Shipping Confirmation" to you which shows the tracking number.

We use the same carrier to uplift any returns. 

Packaging

Original wine packaging can sometimes be unsuitable for UK shipping so we usually repackage into our own strong shipping cartons to ensure it arrives safely.
